Meet the Team
Keith Dearling
Keith joined ClearStart Partnerships in October 2007 and has over 20 years experience within the financial services sector. Previously to joining he was joint Managing Director of mortgage lender Advantage (Morgan Stanley). Keith utilises his extensive network of contacts to further strengthen the Partnership proposition and introduce key strategic Partners to the business.
Dale Kearns
Dale joined ClearStart Partnerships in July 2008. Dale is responsible for day to day running of the company and many of the strategic relationships. Dale has over 24 years experience of holding senior positions within the financial services sector, including Littlewoods and the Dixon Group.
Gemma Parry
Gemma joined ClearStart Partnerships in July 2008. She is responsible for managing a number of accounts across the country. Gemma has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector and prior to joining us worked with Mortgage Lender GMAC.
Steve Mason
Steve joined ClearStart Partnerships in March 2008. His role includes the successful integration of new Partners in to the business, working equally with the internal and external customers to provide a first class customer experience. Steve previously spent 20 years in the mortgage industry holding senior Sales and Operational roles, including Morgan Stanley, GMAC RFC, and Abbey.
