The referral process has been designed so you can easily identify cases and monetise your leads. It works as follows:
We supply all our partners a simple Debt Assessment Tool that quickly identifies if a customer is suitable for a debt solution conversation. The tool takes a few pieces of key information and provides a first stage assessment.
Once the initial assessment has been completed with the use of the Debt Assessment Tool and the tool has indicated that a solution is available, you can submit the referral by using the following methods: Completing the referral process via ClearStart Partnerships website, telephone transfer to a dedicated number or by email to a personalised inbox.
On receipt of a referral one of our advisors will carry out a full assessment so that the customers individual circumstances are fully understood and the most appropriate solution can be verified.
Once the solution has been identified and verified the specialist will confirm that the customer is happy for us to proceed and issue the appropriate documentation. We understand that the documentation can sometimes be a little daunting so we offer ongoing support and guidance, if the customer requires it to help with the completion of the documents. Once the completed documentation and the appropriate authority to act documents are received we will begin the process of informing the customers creditors that we are acting on their behalf.
The solution that the customer has entered into will determine how long it takes for completion. However, regardless of which solution the customer is entering ClearStart Partnerships will provide regular reporting and tracking of individual cases to our partners to ensure that you know exactly where the customer is in the process.
ClearStart Partnerships understand that our partners don’t want to become experts in debt solutions so we give you the tools to ensure you don’t need too.
Debt Assessment Tool
ClearStart Partnerships have developed a bespoke debt assessment tool that our partners have access to via the ClearStart Partnerships website. The tool asks a number of simple questions relating to the customers individual circumstances such as income, debt level, number of creditors, etc. By combining this information the tool will indicate the most likely outcome of a full debt assessment and will prompt the partner to the next stage of the referral process where appropriate. This allows for early identification and ensures that our Partners only pass through viable customers, which in turn improves our partners conversion rates and commissions.
Reporting
When referring customers to ClearStart Partnerships you’ll be kept informed of the progress of each case at every stage of the process regardless of which solution the customer takes. We have developed a web based reporting function that is accessed through the individual partners secured login. Our reporting function will indicate quickly and simply to you what stage of the process the customer is at, as well as, when a solution is in place and a commission is due for payment.
